Description
I always enjoy sharing the story behind the creation of 'GlidingThrough the Ether'. She began unexpectedly with the simple serendipitous process termed Acrylic Pour wherein a combination of colors are strategically layered into a cup and poured across a canvas. Ofttimes, my acrylic pours remind me of gazing up at the clouds in my youth searching for a figure -I could almost always find something in the intermingled colors! Sure enough every time I would walk by the tangled greens and browns of Gliding Through the Ether in its infancy, I would see a face calling to me. So, I decided to paint her in.. How fun to relive that youthful feeling by solidifying the vision with my brush!
