Certainly this person is perched upon both - yet just what she's pondering I'll leave to the observers both in and out of the painting - although the doves may offer a clue š
Fun fact- This piece was inspired by a design project I did long ago from UT Austin
This version was created using ripped papers I created with an interesting method of pouring Citra Solv over old magazine papers to release the inks for fabulous visual effects.

Zan, this is amazing - I've seen a local collage artist here in West Michigan who uses some sort of solvent on magazine pages to achieve similar gorgeous flows of the inks - I'm going to have to try that! F
